PLEASE HELP ME....

This is probably the most embarrasing thing I have ever done in my life, but here goes. My lab work came back bad, and it is because my protein level is real low. My Dr. ask me and I told him I eat just protein, but I don't have the money now to buy protein to help me get in enough. I have been exspecting a check this whole month to come in, and found out yesterday, that now it is going to be late April or in May. I told my Dr. that I didn't know what to do, and he said for me to ask for help. I have no one to ask, so I have been besides myself as what to do. I am getting sicker everyday, and I am so tired, I can barely move. They say it is because I need protein. So I am asking, can anyone please help me with some protein?
