enlarged bowel anyone have this

I went fro a scope to find out why i was gaining weight, for so long i just thought it was my fault. but i found out that the bowel attached to my pouch is enlarged i want to know so much more about this and if others have went through this, how it was corrected. dr.nohr says he does not do this type of work and referred me to someone in edmonton do not have any other details. please help cant find nothing on interet
