Anyone know of a PCP in Toledo, OH that will write the medical letter??

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my Dr. to write my letter for my BCBS insurance. I'm calling today to let them know either they write and fax it to the surgeon today or I'm changing Dr to someone that will write it. So incase they say good luck with another doctor I need to know who in my area will write one.
