Flabby arms: RNY Oct. 1, down 87 lbs. how do you all deal with flabby arms.

I am so much smaller on my top and would love to wear cute teeshirts, dresses, and what about in bathing suites? Is there any thing you use like spanx? Thank you in advance!!
