How much fluid passes through pouch...

Might anyone have any idea about how much fluid passes through the (average) pouch and at what rate... say ounces to time elapsed kind of ratio. I am curious because it truly seems like I am able to consume a good bit of fluid (for instance, low sodium chicken broth or crystal light) at a fairly fast rate (they go down easy). I do try to sip and take it slow but I am so paranoid about stretching the pouch or maybe the surgeon made my pouch bigger than other folks (hhaa, paranoia, like I said... I have a wonderful doctor). To date I have lost 33 pounds and tomorrow, the 19th, I will be four full weeks out. I am tickled pink with the 33 pound loss! Any reasurrances or even admonishment (should I being doing myself a disservice in some way) would be greatly appreciated.
