I am having intense pain after eating. I am 15 months out from RNY.No gallbladder.

I ate a salad yesterday for lunch and dinner, always do. However, I had INTENSE, gut-twisting pain this time. I also had some Sweet and Low candies with malitol. I was thinking that it may have been gas, but the pain was so intense, generalized in the center of the abdomen, and I cannot figure it out. I am afraid to eat, and dread the thought of going to the emergency room on Christmas eve. Anyone experience anything similar? Thanks, Pam
