do i qualify

hello i am 5 foot 3 and weigh 175 lbs. i am not 100 lbs over weight however, i have sleep apena refulx high blood pressure poly cystic ovary disease metabolic syndrom and suffer off and on from depression. does any body know if i would qualify for bypass surgery base upon these conditions? i have heard you have to be 100 lbs over weight is that true even if i have all of these syndroms thanks in advance for your time donna
