has anyone ELSE had trouble with receifing BARIATRIC SUPPLEMENT SYSTEMS?

i've been a subscirber of this supplement system since having WLS surgery jan. 15th, 2005. and i've NEVER had them send my refills without having to send them a reminder. and even then they dont reply and they send them late. i like the supplements, but i'm not crazy about the way they do business. i'm wondering if i'm by myself with this problem, or if they make a habit of it. i'm also wondering if there's another product as convenient and as good that i might use instead.
