water, water, water

What is the way to down all this water. i had my RNY on 3/13/06 and had to sip my water...meanwhile i need to down all this water...any idea. i have been nursing this big bottle of water and i am only l/4 of the way... it has to be clear water, no cristal light, kool aid...nothing. thank for your patience and help.
