Anyone recommend a good secondary insurance with Medicare for skin removal surgeries

Thanks so much to the one who answered my question on Medicare to help pay for tt it was really helpful. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good secondary insurance, that I could purchase to help pay for the skin removal surgeries that I most definitely need, and could I already have these problems before I purchase the insurance. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
