RECOVERY TIME FOR LIPO AND OTHERS PERSONAL EXPERIENCE?

I had lipo on Tuesday 11/9 of the full abdomen, sides, and a touch on my back.I was feeling much better on Friday. I stopped pain meds most of the day and resumed a lot of my normal activities. My surgeon gave me the go ahead to remove my binder to shower(only) and it seems like since that time I have been swelling up. I am taking pain meds again tonight but because I waited so long they don't seem to be helping much. Can anyone tell me if they had any of these same experiences. I know that it will pass and I am trying to focus on that fact but honestly, I hurt!Besides medication is there anything that I can do to help with the swelling. Is being to active causing this problem? I am brusied and swollen when will I start to look like me again? I would appreciate any ones experience with lipo and what the recovery was like. Thank you.
