Not really a question just want to say i walk tonight and felt great

HELLO I AM 7 MONTHS OUT DOWN 90+PDS.GOT ON THIS MORNING AND DROPPED 3MORE PDS.GREAT FOR ME I WAS THINKING THE SCALES WOULD NEVER MOVE BUT THAY DID BUT I WALKED 30MINS.TONIGHT AND MY HUSBAND EVEN WALK A LITTLE WITH ME HE REALLY DONT NOT FEEL GOOD HIS LUNGS ARE NOT THE BEST BUT HE GAVE IT A TRY I AM GOING TO DO MY BEST TO KEEP UP THE WORK FOR SURE .WELL BYE FOR NOW AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL THAT READ THE POST AND HELP IN ANYWAY
