Has anyone had any dealing with Intracorp??

I received an approval letter from Cigna PPO, I also received a denial letter from Intracorp stating that I was denied. I spoke with Cigna and they acted as if they did not have a clue what Intracorp was talking about. What should I do???? Any suggestions
