Insurance needs 3 years prior medical records-

I only have ones for when I was pregnant. And one doctor 10 years ago, for colds and such. I know that one listed me as obese. I have 3 different docs for my pregnancies, one I am having problems finding. My insurance says they will pay if medically necessary, which I am pretty sure I can be approved but its also wanting 3 years prior records of being seen by a doctor. My last pregnancy was about 3 years ago. Unfortunately, I haven't really seen a doctor because of moving to different states and not having insurance. I'm afraid they will be sneaky and deny me because I don't have records except these...
