does anyone know if anyone has had kindney trouble with this surgery

i was just wanting to know if anyone has had kidney trouble with this surgery or has anyone kidneys quit working after surgery it seem like everyone said death is less than 2% but i see so many people that are not doing good after the surgery why is that i know it is question in a question but i am having it soon and i am just wanting to know my health is pretty good just high blood pressure and just over weight about 100pds.or little more so i want to know you see this people that are so bad after surgery what is going on please post if you can ???????????
