I am dehydrated and low iron anyone else having this problem?

I had bypass done on July 26, 2010. I can't eat or drink anything without getting that sick feeling. The smell of food makes me sick. Had my blood drawn a week ago Friday. My blooded show that I was dehydrated and was low on iron. Anyone else had this problem and what have you done?
