Rancho Springs Medical Center - Muretta

Can anyone share their experience about this hospital? I am scheduled to have surgery there on Tuesday and today I read an article saying that they have been receiving fines for non-compliance and may lose funding. Did anyone having Bariatric surgery there notice anything that looked dirty or was not sterile?
