what is going on????

My wife had gastric bypass on 7-2-09 and has been readmitted 4 times to U.MD with vomitting and servere pain the doctor (Kligman) is saying it takes time or the pain and vomitting is in my wifes head can someone HELP me?? I need answers. She just had liporscopic on 08-02-09 Dr says all is well and she should not have pain or nausea but still does.
