medic alert bracelet

hello! well i have been given a date for my open rny of dec 1st and am making preparations. i was told by dietician to look into getting a medical alert bracelet to put rny on it. so i checked out different bracelets and they seem to all cost around $80.00 for a nice one and 1 didn't want to waste my engraving space. so, what else should i put besides that. most like if i have a medical emergency they'll be able to find who i am and my numbers, etc from my wallet and cell phone. so, what else should i put on it? your help is greatly appreciated! thanks!
