can not lose a pound

I had my surgery June 5, 2007 did great until the end of august. I lost only 3 lbs between august and september. Now it is Oct. 18 and I have not lost "1" lb. . What is happening to me. I need some help here. I seem to be able to eat like my old ways, well not as much, but close.
