Please Help !!!! I'm appr. 4 3/4th mths. out and I think I've hit a Plateau

I've always been somewhat a slow loser, I've lost 88.9 lbs (67.4 since surgery on April 10, 2007) I've averaged 2 lbs a week, a few weeks more, some less. Last week I only lost 1/2 a lb, and this week .02 of a lb. I'm guessing this is a plateau and it's really bothering me. I'm so afraid that I'm not going to loose any more weight. Please can someone who's experienced this give me some advice. Thank You in advance to all who answer my question. Annetta
