Does anyone have Aetna POSII?

I have them and they have denied me because they say I have not had 6 months of supervised weight loss and exercise.I have had all of this and it is documented but now they are telling me because the diet and the exercise was not at the same time, but it was. If anyone can offer any suggestions on what I should do it would be greatly appreciated.
