I got really sick after surgery couldn't keep nothing incl. vitamins down.

I ended up not being able to walk and my legs, my turso became very numb and fingers/toes were very tinglely. I was vitamin deficient, in & out of the hospital. I am able to keep food and vitamins down now, but still somewhat numb and tinglely. I am almost one year post op and lost 110lbs. I have been on an excersing regimen and can not seem to lose anymore weight. I need to lose 40 more lbs. has this happend to anyone else? Please let me know.
