what type of insurance from bcbs i should get and what kinda hoops ill have to jump

I'm curious to what type of insurance from bcbs i should get and what kinda hoops ill have to jump through for them?... Also has anyone heard of {Essential Hospital & Surgical Network}bcbc if so has anyone heard of just having that type and recieving the surgery?
