Having a hard time getting back on track..

I am a year and a half out from rny had to take the depro shot (birth control)..because of bad cramps..The worst thing ever..had it in May..I gain 20lbs my bypass don't said I should not have gotten the shot.. I'm always hungry.. My bypass doctor said if the weight lost don't start back by Nov 2 he will give me something to jump start it back..but he didn't tell me what..Did anyone else doctor give them something to jump start again..
