I had the gastric sleeve April 30th,2009 not losing anymore.

I was 289 lbs. the day of the surgery and as of today I weigh 240 lbs. I can't walk like I should because I have real bad knees. What do I do to lose more weight? I want to get to 160 lbs. Please give me advice. Oh and my surgeon that did my surgery is no longer practicing the new surgeon said NO to doing the duodenal switch so I feel I am screwed.
