Will I ever lose again?
I had my Lap RNY on 1/31 and am about 21 lbs from goal. The problem is that I"ve been at a plateau for a year just about. Someone in my support told me my body may be in starvation mode and to up the calories because I"m still not able to each much at once, so I"ve been pushing for about 1,000-1,100 calories a day. I've been averaging about 60-80g protein in this daily caloric in take. My question is "when will I see if increasing the calories is working"? days, weeks months, ??? I feel heavier and I'm so scared I"m gonna gain weight as opposed to the opposite....HELLLPPPPP! Am I doing the right thing?
