How can I afford the surgery?

I am a 22 year old college student, my parents have no money to help, nor is their insurance which is through their jobs going to help with the procedure. Should I just get my own insurance? Are there discounts for students? And what other suggestions could you give me. I am 320 pounds and this is runing my life!
