anyone have diareah immediately following an upper GI with small bowel series?

I live about a mile from my hospital and before I left there they kept saying drink lots of fluids to keep from getting constipated...but, I barely made it home with running to the bathroom diareah. Is this due to the Bariatric surgery or should I be concerned.
