Pre-Op Gitters, anyone else have them...

Hi, I am having my surgery this coming Friday. All of a sudden I can't think on what to take or how to get ready. My mind is everywhere, anyone else have this happen to them this close to surgery? Nerves are getting the best of me it seems.
