Has anyone had lapband surgery at a military hospital?

I'm trying to locate military hospitals that are currenty performing lapband (adjustable gastric band) surgery because Tricare Prime has already denied me coverage for the procedure. If anyone has had lapband surgery at a military hospital, I would defintitely like to know which hospital and where it's located.
