cried all day

I have waited for two years to get approval from my insurance. I have switched jobs for insurance purposes and today I got the call. I am approved and I have not stopped crying. It goes from a good cry to a scared cry to a worry cry. Is this normal? I have been nothing but excited and frustrated during this two year journey, never crying out of fear or worry!
