Lab-banding by dr. Mattar

Has any one had their lap-bading done ar upmc, I have to change dr.because my dr does not know when he will be doing them. I live in Buffalo,ny so pitsburgh is 3hrs away for me. I have been aproved by my insurance now I have to get another aprovel.
