Help. I want to appeal my insuraces decision,

They say it is cosmetic, I don't think so,,,,, I have odors, and muscle spasms.. I just don't know what the next step is. Someone please help me, I have no idea what my next step is. How do you go about appealing there decision. I have written them a letter today and mailed it out. HELP>>>>>>>>>>>
