Hello, I am almost 8 months out, and I have only 41 pounds

to goal, and I am wondering what to do about the bottom part of my stomach. I stil feel like it is huge, I hate it. I am so embarassed by it. I wear size 11/12 and some 13/14's. I need to get rid of it. What is the best kind of exercises that I can do to tighten up this flabby part? And how do I know what is excess skin? I have no idea if I am going to have to have a TT or not. I know this is probally weird. Could this be the flab?
