Ins. Co.

Does anyone know anything about the Ins. Co Benefit Planners. I am trying to figure out if they cover any or all of WLS, but am having a hard time finding out. A friend of mine wants to have WLS but we can't seem to find any info out about the ins co. Thank you in advance for your help. Hope everyone is having a great day!!!
