gaining weight ,what shooould I do/

Hello I am 10 years post-op ,I need help,I am gaining weight like crazy. Will the tool of a full gastric bypass help me now?How do I start losing again?Please any advise,I am desperate,I never want to go back to pre-op weight but at this rate it won't take long even though I have changed my entire way of eating,I eat organic clean food but continue to gain 4 to 5 pounds a months,as of now I am up about 65 pounds.........desperate,please help
