Post Surgery Annual Blood Work?

Could anyone tell me exactly what type of blood work I need to have done annually? I know a lipid profile and a COMPREHENSIVE METABOLIC PROFILE.Are there any other ones required.Thanks so much.Have a Blessed Day!
