Anyone that has had bilateral adrenalectomy and on steroids the rest of their life?

Is there anyone that has had to have bilateral adrenalectomy, removal of both adrenal glands, and had the WLS and have any complications? I have to take steroids for the rest of my life due to the adrenal insufficiency.
