Hi Everyone! Insurance Question

I am in the middle of the process for RNY.. And we are switching insurance. I am getting Aetna and it is a covered benefit. However has anyone had Aenta and how is the process of getting the surgery covered I called and they where totally useless and gave me no answers. Has anyone had aetna and has the surgery? Any info would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks so much.. Hugs Jenn
