Lap Band weight gain 5 years after surgery?

Hi... I had surgery in 2003. I lost 121 pounds initially. I had some issues with my pouch, stretching and dilation. I went through periods of fills and unfills.... now I have currently gained back 76 of the 121 that I lost. Am I screwed forever? How do I get back to the post op (begininng) weight loss?
