Has exercise made a real difference in your weight loss with the Lap Band??

I am 5 months post-op from lap band and have lost 29 pounds. I am grateful that I can fit into clothes I could not wear 2 summers ago. My weight lost has been sluggish. I have had 3 fills. I lead an extremely hectic life working full time, taking care of elderly parents and taking care of my own family. It's literally impossible for me to exercise on a consistent basis. Does consistent exercise play a real role in weight lost with the band? Any suggestions?
