Horizon BC/BS of NJ Insurance Approval

Have anyone having Horizon BC/BS of NJ been approved for any plastic surgery such as lowerbody life, arms etc? If so can you share your experience? I am 6 years out (lost 120pds)and need some help with this hanging horribe skin. All the exercise in the world is not helping me and can not afford to get a loan! HELP!
