Tummy Tuck with Hernia Repair. Plastic or General Surgeon?

I am ready to get my tummy taken care of! I've had all the children I can and I've maintained my weightloss for 5 years. Now, who do I see to do this in to get the best shot at insurance coverage? Should I see a plastic surgeon or general? Help!! Thanks so much everyone!
