Low Blood Pressure

My son is also having low BP issues, his is running 90/50 and 90/40's with his pulse staying in the 40's. He is lightheaded and has no stamina. He has lost 265 pounds in one year. I am hoping the family Dr has some answers. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
