vivaran....need to stay awake

K....I have to work 16 hours and then drive home at 4am for 2 hrs in the dark. So...I'm 13 months post op for lap gastric bypass. Can we take vivarin or half of one? Or excedrin?? Any suggestions to hekp me stay awake?
