Tattoos

I am 6 months post gastric bypass and am looking to get a tattoo(my 1st) for my birthday. I have the artist picked out and have designed my tattoo but I am looking for advice as to where to put it keeping future plastic surgery in mind. My choices in order of preference are top of my foot, shoulder blade, lower back (center) and ankle. Any input would be appreciated!
