Getting run around from Peachtree Surgical Bariatrics for surgery date

Hey I am wondering if anyone else is having trouble with Peachtree Surgical and Bariatrics in Atlanta, GA? I got Wellcare to overturn my denial and faxed that letter to their insurance rep on February 12th. Since then, everytime I try to contact the office, I get nothing but the run around, and the administrator doesn't even contact me back. Does anyone know what on earth is going on? Why the run around? URGENT HELP PLEASE! Thank you.
