has anyone used HAP PPO INSURANCE?

Has anyone had trouble using hap ppo for there wls? I have hap and it requires a $1000 co-pay which is not bad ,and i have a great doctor helping me with paperwork but it seems some insurance companys approve faster than others. I'm so excited for the possibility of a whole new life that maybe im just trying to rush it. any way if any one has info it would be greatly appreciated.!!
