another question on foul gas

I am 4 years post op roux-en -y. I have tried everything on this site for foul gas to no avail: (Devrom, acidophilus, no milk products, no sugar, chlorphyll tabs, and peppermint oil capsules). Does anyone have else have any other suggestions?
